Week 103

Even.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed in that. There have been struggles throughout the week, but I've pretty much had things under control. I was hoping to have continued the trend of the past couple of weeks, but apparently not.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 11.8lb – 179.8lbs
Body fat: 24.3%
Total Weight Loss: 95.2lbs

Hey Don't be too disappointed. You have come so far already. The weight loss you have achieved is amazing. One week stabalising is no big deal- Hell its better than a gain or worse still being in denial at 19+ Stone. Try and focus on the global success rather than the scales of this week. Besides you will probably notice a significant drop next week as your body "catches-up" Stay positive and focussed. Onwards and downwards fellow knight!

I think worry can make fat stick. Hopefully, Maggie's parents are doing a bit better. And your weight can start sliding off again.

Honey, It's late, but I think not gaining is far more impressive than gaining. Next week will be a loss, and remember, I'm a total know it all, so I must be right.

Weight Trimmer - Onwards and downwards...!

Sayre - unfortunately most of the stuff with Maggie's parents is ongoing and will not have a happy ending. We just have to work our way through this.

FMC - I appreciate you taking the time out of packing to check in on me. And you usually are right with your predictions about my weight, which never ceases to amaze me.

I feel I should Clarify - the "downwards" is refering to losing weight and not an emotionally feeling down!!

Keeping things under control in a time of struggle is the important thing. The weight, as you well know, will take care of itself if you take care of yourself. Dealing with the difficulties of aging parents is stressful.

Weight Trimmer - don't worry, I understood what you meant! :)

Arlene - the battle is never with the food, it's always with the self.
