Week 120

1.4lb gain.

I'm just bouncing back and forth around this 100lb loss mark.

Given that I just don't have the energy to up my activity levels, I think I'm just going to have to think of myself in maintenance mode and keep an eye on the weight to make sure it doesn't start rising significantly.

I'll keep posting each week for the meantime, though.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 7.4lb - 175.4lbs
Body fat: 22.5%
Total Weight Loss: 99.6lbs

Sounds frustrating, but with the perseverance you have shown so far, I sure you will get past this point.

That sounds like a wise move - at least until you get your health issues addressed and hopefully cleared up. Maintenance can be tough too though!

I'm in no doubt that maintenance isn't particularly straightforward, as I've basically not moved more than a couple of pounds either way for a few months. So in effect I've been at maintenance.

Yep, sure seems like it. Are you happy enough with your current weight?

In an ideal world, FMC, I'd be a few pounds lighter. It would have been nice to get und 12 stone and be sure that these 34s fitted comfortably even after a meal.

However, I'm not going to lose sleep or stress over it. When I set out on this new way of eating over 2 years ago, not in my wildest dreams did I expect to get as low as 12 1/2 stone.

I shake my head with a wry smile when I see people thinking their world has ended because they're 6lbs overweight.

If I lose more weight it will be natural and if I don't, I don't. What I will not do, and have never done, is put myself on some stupid diet in the hope of losing a few extra pounds. That way madness and long term weight regain lies
