0.6lb loss.
A bit surprising, given the complete collapse of sensible eating on Saturday, when my wife & I celebrated 17 years since we started going out together. However, I'd been on the ball through the first half of the week, so I guess that must have cushioned the impact.

Congratulations, Kim! Personally, I feel like a balloon as of a couple of hours ago. I'm not sure what I ate to cause this, but have literally blown up. Very uncomfortable now and trying various things to get back to "normal".
Our Thanksgiving holiday is this week - the beginning of the year end food orgy that lasts until the Super Bowl is played in January. A true test of will...
Wow, celebrating such anniversaries makes it sound like you actually love your wife ;-). Seriously, congratulations.
A good example of how one can afford a day of overindulgence in a week of self control.
Sayre - just remember that damage limitation is better than going into free-fall. If you put on 10lbs, it's still better than putting on 20lbs
Half Man - thank you
Arlene - It's truly about pulling things back under control by the next meal rather than writing the rest of the week off
