Week 153

0.8lb loss

I might have hoped for a touch more, but I'm not going to complain. I've had a good week with only a couple of minor indulgences. Here's hoping we're back on track properly now.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 13.4lb - 181.4lbs
Body fat: 24.7%
Total Weight Loss: 93.6lbs

It is always so much easier to do once you're able to get back into your routine... at least I've always found it so. Even doing "damage control" during the holidays - I didn't lose any and gained a little. Now, due to my altered circumstances, I'm going to HAVE to pay close attention. Part of me welcomes this - there are no more excuses. Guess I'm a "hold my feet to the fire" kind of gal!

FMC - thank you

Sayre - it's true, no excuses for you now. Sometimes a little extra motivation is welcome, but diabetes is something you could have done without. I hope you get on top of it an under as much control as possible as soon as possible

Hooray for you! :) I'm doing well so far too...I think I lost 3 pounds in the past week. I know it won't always be this much, especially when I have less to lose, but I was pretty excited, especially as I've only changed my diet so far. Thanks for being such an inspiration!

Well done on the loss! Just make sure you stick to healthy eating and that you're getting a balanced diet

Absolutely...there's nothing like keeping a journal of everything you're eating and seeing the nutrional information computed and staring you in the face to realize how much crap you're putting into your body. The website I found has been a wonderful gift of sorts. If anyone you know is interested...

Thanks again! I'll give quick little updates every now and then even if I don't say much about it on my blog. But I might post little somethings about it every now and then. :)
