Week 162

1lb loss

Quite frankly I'm stunned by this loss, and don't actually believe it.

I'll accept the idea that the vast amounts of chocolate consumed yesterday haven't yet had time to metabolise, but I've definitely overeaten this past week. My only conclusion is I must be dehydrated and it will all show up next week

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13stb - 182lbs
Body fat: 25.5%
Total Weight Loss: 93lbs

Well, congrats on the loss anyway! Even if you think it's a false loss :D

I too was expecting a gain this week because of Easter. We've been out for two meals and probably eaten too much chocolate, but it's surprising what happens when you've been losing week on week, almost as it the body develops a memory of weight loss rather than weight gain. I'm impressed by your blog and efforts and will be giving you a link on my 'Downsize Dave' blog.

I'm weighing in tomorrow...and I'm hoping that this last week didn't turn out too bad as well. The first 1/2 - 3/4 of the week was great.....the weekend was a challenge.

At least your posted 1 lb loss this week will offset the gain your expecting next week....and who knows, it might not come.

Bryguy - It happens so often that the week goes really well until the weekend and then it begins to fall apart. Saturday is by far and away the most common time to fall apart which then may well follow into Sunday

I am with you, Kim. In spite of watching what I was eating, a weekend spent at the beach and Easter have taken their toll on me.

Today, I am buying a new bike (the old one is 15 years old and has literally been ridden to death). This should help me out immeasureably!!!

Take your loss and run with it!!!

Unfortunately, Sayre, running is not an option for me :}

CM - I take it we've met before then under a different name. Can you tell me who you were last time, or would that go against how you're setting yourself up this time?

Came across your blog from CM's. Congrats on that 1 lb loss you weren't expecting. I'd welcome the surprise :)
