Week 165

1lb gain.

I knew it was all going to fall apart on Friday when not only was I meeting a friend for lunch, but we were having a large family gathering and meal in the evening. Then Saturday was a day of struggling as the fallout from the day before made itself felt through massive cravings and a battered will that was unable to resist.

However I was on track for the other 5 days of the week, so the net gain of 1lb isn't too bad I guess. However, I am now 13lbs heavier than my lightest point over a year ago. This week I have high hopes for the real turnaround beginning.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 3lb - 185lbs
Body fat: 26.5%
Total Weight Loss: 90lbs

High hopes are good hopes :)

You'll get your groove back, I'm sure.

As long as you are still in the fight, you have succeeded.

I haven't really had to deal with a big family dinner yet. Most of those happen for us in the winter (thanksgiving and Christmas). However, cookout season is upon us and that's nearly as dangerous! I hope I can stay strong!

You will be fine - you know what to do and how to do it or you wouldn't have come this far. Just don't let it slip backwards too much!

What on earth is cookout season?

It's where people cook outside. At least that's what folk who get seasons containing good weather tell me.

Ah, that explains why I've never heard of it!

You are my inspiration.

I am in a bad spell. But you give me a glimmer of hope.

I'm not feeling too inspirational at the moment, but anything that gives you hope is a good thing
