1.4lb loss!

Another near faultless week, and another loss. I'm on a roll!

Hmmm... trying not to think of bacon roll, sausage roll, swiss roll, chocolate roll...

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 0.4lb - 182.4lbs
Body fat: 25.7%
Total Weight Loss: 92.6lbs

I wonder if the quickening weather is helping you stay on track. You know - longer days, warmer temperatures... It's hard to feel energetic and breathe deeply when icicles form from your condensation...

Congrats on the loss! I hope to join you in seeing lower numbers this week. We just got through birthday week for my son and while I wasn't BAD, I was slightly less good.

FLG - I guess jam roly-poly steps beyond the theme here, but when I was a kid it was one of my favourite desserts

Sayre - I know what's making the difference, and it's related to things I mentioned I couldn't blog about a while back, which seem to have more recently taken a back seat.
