Week 202

3lb gain.

Well that could have been so much worse! I was quite relieved it was ony 3lbs - I expected at least 4, possibly 5.

Still, this coming week will not be without damage either. There are still far too many temptations in the house, not to mention visits to friends and people coming over for meals.

Damage limitation still applies, and is helped by the fact Maggie already has a pot of healthy home made soup lined up for lunch today.

Wishing you all the best for the coming New Year Celebrations, and may your elasticated waistbands hold out :)

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 4.6lb - 186.6lbs
Body fat: 27%
Total Weight Loss: 88.4lbs

That's not so bad Kim, especially as you say, it really could be a whole lot worse.

I think if there was more gently rounded agreement in the world it would be a nicer place :)

Hope you've been enjoying yourself, FMC!

Happy New year Kim, may next year be a good one for you and yours. Now, shower, dress, more make-up than a drag queen, heels and off to do considerable damage to one's liver.

FLG - thanks, and the same to you and yours!

FMC - I think I'll leave the shower, dress, more make-up than a drag queen, heels and off to do considerable damage to one's liver to you :) Have a good one!

3lb isn't so bad. It could quite easily have been twice that! Dare I brag that I lost 3.5lbs during Christmas week? [running to hide under the table] Everyone at my slimming club glared daggers at me :(

I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year. we're just home from Scotland tonight.. MIL's new year's dinner is weighing heavy :(

Annie - a 3.5lb loss during Christmas week is astounding! And it certainly gives you a bit of leeway for your MIL's dinner :) Happy New Year!
