Week 213

0.6lb loss

Well, a loss at least. However, as I was pretty much on track this week it means last week couldn't have been the abberation I thought it was.

There are times when it feels I haven't a clue what I'm doing any more.

Still, I'll keep plodding on until I remember

Current Weight: 13st 6.6lb - 188.6lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 86.4lbs
