Week 221

1.6lb gain

Oh Nuts!

I shouldn't be that surprised - it's not been a good week. It didn't help that we were invited round to a friend's place for huge helpings of an incredibly tasty dinner.

And there's been a few too many extras this week - treats with a cup of coffee etc.

Let's hope this week is better


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 7.8lb - 189.8lbs
Body fat: 26.5%
Total Weight Loss: 85.2lbs

I tried to participate at a picnic ... I got sick. :-O Perhaps my healthier ways are making me ultra sensitive. We all have off weeks. I certainly had one.

Is something that's bad for you really such a treat? I try not to be tempted, because just a little bit is harder than nothing.

Tasty dinners with friends are a perfectly acceptable way to put on a pound or two.

Z - it's true - a little will set off a binge - better to avoid starting.

With the spring comes lots of other distractive activities. I have a harder time in the spring/summer than other times it seems, too many bar-b-ques with friends and neighbors and not enought self control...
