Week 226

0.6lb loss.

That's fine. Heading back after the previous weekend away. However, it's my son's birthday tomorrow and Father's Day this coming Sunday, so I don't hold put much hope for a repeat next week.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 8.8lb - 190.8lbs
Body fat: 27%
Total Weight Loss: 84.2lbs

Good going. I made rhubarb crumble yesterday, I had a slice that would fell a horse, with custard. Guess how much running I'm giong to have to do today? Worth it though.

FLG - it does feel like that sometimes! :)

FMC - rhubarb just doesn't do it for me, but if it had been bramble crumble... I was once physically sick because I ate so much of it in one go
