Week 277

0.4lb loss

Although I still have at least 13lbs to lose before I would stop being "overweight" and into the "normal" range, at this stage, every loss feels like an unexpected bonus.

Last time I was below 175lbs I just considered myself in maintenance mode, but I'm begining to think a couple more pounds loss is still likely

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs  
Current Weight: 12st 3.4lb - 171.4lbs
Body fat: 22.8%
Total Weight Loss: 103.6lbs

Good for you! I am so impressed with your perserverence with this goal. I like to think I've learned a little something from you.

Down two pounds this week myself. I have a new attitude and a new plan. And I have to be on a plane for a LONG time at the end of October - and I don't want to be this big when I do it!
