Week 288

0.2lb gain

I can live with that. There have been a handful of extras which meant I knew I was unlikely to lose anything this week. However, what this does mean is it consolidates the large loss last week, which I was concerned might have just been a blip.

Should be completely back on track this week.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 11st 10.8lb - 164.8lbs
Body fat: 21%
Total Weight Loss: 110.2lbs

Nice loss for you in the previous week and the slight gain last week should be no trouble. Your achievement is amazing and it sure seems that you understand how to make this a permanent lifestyle. Well done.

The mantra is, "focus on being healthy and the weight will take care of itself." Of course the snack and diet industries would never make so much money if this fundamental and obvious truth was picked up on, but it doesn't stop it being true :)
