Week 292

1.4lb loss!

Well that's a relief. After 2 weeks of gains, there is always the fear that perhaps I'd reached the limit of how low I was going to go. Fortunately being back on track properly has meant I've started heading in the right direction again.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 11st 9.4lb - 163.4lbs
Body fat: 20.3%
Total Weight Loss: 111.6lbs

Week 291

 0.6lb gain

Well, I know exactly where that's come from - 2 rock buns and 3 homemade custard cream biscuits.

Maggie was comfort baking -something she's known to do under times of stress. Needless to say it's a psychological war zone, and we never come out unscathed.

Current Weight: 11st 10.8lb - 164.8lbs
Body fat: 20%
Total Weight Loss: 110.2lbs

1lb gain

Just as a big marker comes into view, it starts to recede again...

I am aware of little extras creeping in across the week. Need to be properly back on track again
