Week 308

0.8lb loss.

I'm pleased with this. When I stood on the scales this morning I was thinking my weight last week was what it was 2 weeks ago, so thought at first I'd put on over a pound. I was relieved when I checked and found I'd actually lost nearly a pound instead.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 3.4lb - 171.4lbs
Body fat: 22.5%
Total Weight Loss: 103.6lbs

Michelle - as you haven't addressed me by name, this has the look of a a copy & paste comment probably given to every weight-loss blog you find in the hope of gaining followers rather than building a relationship.

I actually did read your blog and yes I am looking for followers who are in the same situation as I am. Nothing is better than having tons of support and getting ideas and inspiration from other bloggers. I also love to give people my feed back and watch them succeed.
