1lb gain.
Well with my daughter's birthday last week, and the fact my wife and I managed a surprise short weekend away together, so that meant a meal out on Saturday and popcorn at the cinema, then I have to feel quite fortunate that it was only a 1lb gain.
But, apart from those things, I was completely on track all week. I seem to have reached a point where I am containing any extra eating - it's not triggering a series of binges. The following day - even the following meal - I'm back on track again.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 5lb - 173lbs
Body fat: 23.3%
Total Weight Loss: 102lbs
