Week 317

1lb loss!

After a couple of weeks of nothing, despite being on track, it's a relief to finally lose something. I hope it's the start of a trend and not a blip

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 3.8lb - 171.8lbs
Body fat: 23.7%
Total Weight Loss: 103.2lbs
