1lb loss!

Well I was completely on track all week, despite some severe cravings, so it's nice to see a loss.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 5.6lb - 173.64lbs
Body fat: 24.1%
Total Weight Loss: 101.4lbs

Week 322

1.4lb gain.

Well, this was a bit more predictable - a 2nd helping of cake on my stepson's 30th birthday, plus we've had to grab fish & chips for dinner twice this week. It all accumulates.

Body fat: 23.1%

1.2lb loss

I'd like to think this was for real, but the last several weeks haven't seemed to have reflected my eating habits.

All I can do is keep going and keep making the healthier choices and fight the cravings
