Week 328

2.4lb loss in 2 weeks.

Not entirely sure what happened last week, but it was about Thursday before I realised I'd forgotten to weigh myself on Monday, so I just left it until today.

However, given a large celebratory meal this evening, I'll be very surprised if I haven't gained by next week

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 4.2lb - 172.2lbs
Body fat: 23.6%
Total Weight Loss: 102.8lbs

Week 326

0.4lb gain.

Still not really sure what I'm doing wrong. As things stand at the moment there's little I can do to change my diet, and because of the CFS I cannot increase my activity levels. So it looks like it's just slowly creeping back up.

Which is intensely annoying as I'm not even eating cakes, bakes or other super tasty stuff I crave.
