Week 350

0.4lb loss!

Well, I'm more than happy with that. It was my birthday last week and the chocolate cake was soooo over indulged, I was certain I'd have put on 3lbs, so to have still made a loss is like an extra birthday treat

0.4lb loss

Well I'd hoped for a bit more of a loss - especially as it's my birthday tomorrow so I'm likely to put on a pound or 2 from that - but at least it's a loss

Week 348

5.6lb gain.

Even though that is over 2 weeks, and we were away on holiday with several treats, it's still quite shocking. That kind of gain is more associated with Christmas, and I didn't indulge on those levels.

Still, nothing I can do about it now other than get back on track...

Week 346

3lb loss in 2 weeks!

I was at the Wigtown Book Festival for 10 days as "Artist in Residence" (see main blog). Despite temptation, I pretty much stayed on track and am glad to see it paid off
