Week 371

0.8lb gain.

It seems to be in possible to go out for a meal with the family and not end up having dessert, which inevitably leads to a little extra going on, even if I've been on track the rest of the week.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 4lb - 186lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 89lbs

Week 370

0.2lb loss

I missed last week, so this loss is over 2 weeks. However, the chances are I would have put on a bit last week as we went out for a family meal at an Indian restaurant where I ate far too much - so an overall loss, even though it's slight, is a relief
