That is so inspirational....Congratulations, Kim!!! That is so inspirational. I have been a bit relaxed lately - but in a good way. I'm trying not to obsess and just eat good food and do what I can. I've stayed away from the scale because my main goal right now is just getting healthy. My husband gave me a big smile yesterday and said it was wonderful to see me eat without worrying about how my stomach would react to it. For a while there, just about everything I put in my mouth made me nauseous, but my treatment and this new medication (not that honkin' nasty pill which made me VERY ill) seem to be doing the trick. Once I'm off the steroids (a week), I should see some dramatic improvement!!!

But just knowing that staying the course will get you there helps a lot. It's surprising how easy it is to lose sight of that one little fact.Sayrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16350593991157139017noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-71541075185259063752007-03-05T12:27:00.000+00:002007-03-05T12:27:00.000+00:00Thanks Andrew. The problem with creating a graph for me is that when you've been going for over 100 weeks, then the slope looks shallow no matter what scale you use. Still, the 100lb mark is now in sight again so maybe I can reach that in the next few weeks.

I'm really pleased the fruit tea thing works for you. I knew it worked for me, but I had no idea whether anyone else would try it.Kim Ayreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02656677501116622953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-40721518116478584212007-03-05T11:03:00.000+00:002007-03-05T11:03:00.000+00:00Great job Kim. I have been trying the fruit tea "trick" you mentioned some weeks ago, it works a gem! With the added bonus of reducing my caffeine intake. Well done on your big loss. Do you plot the data on a grpah? I find that seeing the downward slope is a huge motivational tool to keep on going, I also plot on target weights so its nice to see the slope heading towards these target lines! "See" you next week. All the Best Andrew.FatnoMorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07072607652803473334noreply@blogger.com
