I am just too busy.

I have nothing but admiration for you. Depression is a not a trifle to fight against, but even more so you will not give up your efforts to lose weight.

An inspiration, and I am rooting for you, Kim! I hope the pecialists appointment will "shed" some light.

Willow

PS: I will have the new photograph up soon! I tried on my "old" weddingdress, it looked great, but was a might too big. Mind you that wedding is a past glory now, as in ex husband. But it was fun to know I weigh less now than I did then!Pandora Womanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06101627952672283750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-49100995402219736752007-09-05T12:39:00.000+01:002007-09-05T12:39:00.000+01:00Ben - welcome back - I've sent you an email about ...Ben - welcome back - I've sent you an email about the festival

Sayre - some days more than others :)

FMC - there are days I'd agree with you...Kim Ayreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02656677501116622953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-7645510831869045782007-09-04T17:41:00.000+01:002007-09-04T17:41:00.000+01:00The hard won battles leave us breathless, shaky, b...The hard won battles leave us breathless, shaky, but triumphant in an way that the easy won cannot.fatmammycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12307960277363243051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-45885003709852289552007-09-04T12:36:00.000+01:002007-09-04T12:36:00.000+01:00Good job, Kim! The aim was always to be healthier, where the weight loss was a side effect.

When I set out on the journey I was 275lbs. Originally, I thought that if I dropped to around 210lbs I'd be more than happy. I was overjoyed to get down to under 190lbs, as this was a figure I remember from my early 20s. I was delighted to lose 100lbs.

So in a way, I'm already there. According to the height/weight charts I should be about 15lbs lighter, but after being 100lbs heavier, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. If I lose any more, then it's all bonus.

I now see my main aim is to not creep back up again. I'm using the 100lb loss as a marker. I have to make sure I don't stray too far above 175lbs.

Half Man - thanks :)Kim Ayreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02656677501116622953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16063987.post-72429852376864953242007-09-03T16:15:00.000+01:002007-09-03T16:15:00.000+01:00You are still in the fight.
