3lb loss!
I've been on track all week, but I wasn't expecting a loss that big.
However, the gain was higher than I was expecting last week, so perhaps that was a blip included in it (or this is a blip and I'll be higher next week). I suspect my actual loss is probably more like one and a half to two pounds
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 10.4lb - 178.4lbs
Body fat: 24.9%
Total Weight Loss: 96.6lbs
