2.2lb loss!
Woohoo!
Hah! An entire week with no slip-ups. Healthy choice each time. Stopping eating when the plate is empty and not prowling for more.
And it works.
As it always does.
So long as I focus on eating healthily and cutting out the extras and the processed crap my body starts losing naturally.
Hopefully I can now keep this state of mind which has stayed with me for more than 5 consecutive days this time.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 1.8lb - 183.8lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 91.2lbs
