0.2lb loss

Which I have to say is a little disappointing, given a near faultless week.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 4lb - 186lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 89lbs

Week 366

1lb loss

This is over the past 2 weeks, which is pretty good considering it was my daughter's birthday last week and my stepdaughter's the week before.

I forgot to post last week,  but I should mention the 15th of Feb was the 7th anniversary of the start of the Healthy Eating lifestyle change that lead to 88.8lb loss.

Over the past 7 years there have, of course, been various ups and downs. I'm currently about 20lbs heavier than I was at my lightest a couple of years ago. However, given that with traditional "diets", 95-98% of people put back on all the weight they lost (and usually more) within 2 years, I think this way of doing things can definitely be called a success.

Week 364

1.2lb gain

That's disappointing again, although it was my stepdaughter's birthday yesterday.

Nex week it's my daughter's birthday so it might be a couple of weeks before this gets turned around properly
