Week 140 - 30

0.4lb loss.

I was pretty much on track all week with the exception of a slight blip on Saturday night, so I'm happy enough with the loss. Even more so in fact, because I was so surprised not to have put on weight last week that I was half expecting those meals out and cake to show up this week.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 5.4lb - 173.4lbs
Body fat: 22.5%
Total Weight Loss: 101.6lbs

Fat Lazy Guy stole my line!!!!!

Congrats on the loss, though. I absolutely love the ones that aren't expected.

I think you've pretty much nailed it Kim. And are stabilised. Do you plan to lose more pounds? Or are you happy where you are now?

FMC - If I don't lose anymore weight, I'm not going to fret about it - I've surpassed my original expectations by quite some way.

Ultimately, this has been about focusing on making healthy choices when eating and the weightloss has been a side effect of that.

The battles is not with weight so much as the internal demons that cause me to make the wrong food choices. If and when I am able to take the upper hand with them, then I eat healthily and the weight comes off naturally.

It's not a route to a toned, athletic nor skinny body, but it's massively more effective than dieting.

If I lose any more weight it will be natural and unforced. Personally I think there might be a few more pounds leeway that could disappear, but as my focus has been battling the demons that have come with the fatigue and depression of recent months, I'll worry about those other pounds another time.

Meanwhile, each week that goes past where I don't put on any significant weight is a small victory.

Still going storng I see Kim. Maintaining is the name of the game, and you play it so well. As I have said befor you are an inspriration. And that 100 lbs mark is drawing closer and closer for me.

Mind you, I aim for the twohundred weight in about a millenium from now *grins and hugs*

Looks like you are in cntrol of your demons for now!

The demon of fat gain is running scared. At least for now. Most importantly, you remain on guard for his clever seductions.
