Week 186

0.2lb loss.

OK, I was hoping for a bit more, but I'm not too worried. I was pretty much on track until yesterday when round at a friend's house who insited on serving 3 course. But, straight back on it today.

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 1.4lb - 183.4lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 91.6lbs

I agree with Andrew. It's not a huge loss, but it isn't a gain! Some weeks, that counts for a lot!

I see that you're consistently hanging in there. I enjoyed your comments about chocolate (and cannibalism) in a previous post. Amusing, possibly true. I may consider heading straight for the chocolate instead of going through all the other stuff that equals a binge minus any real satisfaction.
