Overeating is a side effect, not the cause.

The world feels like a lot of the colour has been desaturated for a long time now.

Current Weight: 13st 8.4lb - 190.4lbs
Body fat: 26.9%
Total Weight Loss: 84.6lbs

I've been pretty much desk bound for week now and too am sporting an extra two kilos that I will have to run off mi cuerpo before my friend's wedding on the 6th of June.
