Week 242

0.6lb loss.

I'm actually slightly disappointed with that after a near faultless week, however at least it's in the right direction.

And more importantly, that's 2 weeks now of being on track - including 2 weekends, which are always the trickiest times.

Experience has shown that after 3 weeks it generally gets a bit easier as the habits of healthy eating patterns become established

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 13.4lb - 195.4lbs
Body fat: 27.9%
Total Weight Loss: 79.6lbs
