Week 321

1.2lb loss

I'd like to think this was for real, but the last several weeks haven't seemed to have reflected my eating habits.

All I can do is keep going and keep making the healthier choices and fight the cravings

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 5.2lb - 173.2lbs
Body fat: 23.7%
Total Weight Loss: 101.8lbs
