Week 328

2.4lb loss in 2 weeks.

Not entirely sure what happened last week, but it was about Thursday before I realised I'd forgotten to weigh myself on Monday, so I just left it until today.

However, given a large celebratory meal this evening, I'll be very surprised if I haven't gained by next week

Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 4.2lb - 172.2lbs
Body fat: 23.6%
Total Weight Loss: 102.8lbs
