3lb loss in 2 weeks!
I was at the Wigtown Book Festival for 10 days as "Artist in Residence" (see main blog). Despite temptation, I pretty much stayed on track and am glad to see it paid off
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 9.6lb - 177.6lbs
Body fat: 24.1%
Total Weight Loss: 97.4lbs
