1lb loss!
Although frankly I'm a bit surprised at that.
We did go out for a meal on Friday night and got well stuffed and there have been one or two other wee treats. I was expecting, hoping, for an even weight, so was quite surprised to find myself with a loss. But I'm not going to complain!

You're as regular as freakin' gravity. Well done!
Thank you Sir Chubalot
Sam makes sense. He obviously knows more about this weight loss thing than you do.
I once went from 230lbs down to 180.
Took me over a year to do it.
In the three years since, I've gone back to 220. Wish I could get it back off again.
Well done Kim, when was the last time wyou weighed this much?
Congrats on getting rid of another pound. Is a "hundredweight" 100 pounds? If so, you're 79% of the way there. That is something about which to feel very very proud.
Sam - I normally delete spam like this straight away, but I've left a comment on your permanent-weightloss.blogspot.com site and wait to see if you will respond. If not, I'll delete this.
SafeTinspector - I'm not sure why you think Sam knows more about it than I do. I'm extremely sceptical of anyone offering guaranteed weight loss that doesn't actually deal with the reasons why people over eat in the first place.
Fatmammycat - I'm not totally sure to be honest, but my best guess is around the end of my stay in Canada, so we're looking at 1993
Lady Lean - It depends whether you're using the British or US weight system. A hundredweight in the US is 100lbs, but in the UK it's 112.
Strictly speaking, if I lost the British 112lbs then that would put me down into the "ideal weight" region according to the height-weight charts. However, if I reach 100lbs off I'll be more than happy. I'm not going to kill myself for the sake of a few pounds. Having been 275 pounds, I'm not going to quibble over the difference between 163 and 175.
To be honest, if I never lost another pound I wouldn't be too worried, so long as I didn't start piling them back on again.
But the focus is all about eating healthily and the weight loss is a side effect of that so I should eventually settle at a natural weight, which I guess will probably be somewhere between the 2 figures
My endorsement of the Sam fellow was intended to be ironic.
I'll have to introduce you to my flimsy sarcasm paste someday. Its a bit like vegamite, but its American and tastes better.
Always the problem that the written word doesn't always convey the irony. You're right, I should have noticed.
Excellent Kim!
