Even.
I'm happy enough with that. After the drop last week I was fearful it was an anomaly, but it even flickered briefly to 13st 1lb, so I'm not worried now.

All right Kim, well done, you're seriously rocking this weight loss now.
Thanks FMC :)
Excellent. Are you at goal yet? If not, I imagine you're very close.
Congrats! You are so inspiring!
Arlene - well, the goal is a bit fluid to be honest.
If I lose another 9lbs then I'll have lost 100 - an American Hundredweight.
However, to lose a British Hundredweight I need to lose 112lbs, which is another 21lbs away.
Even then, I'd still be about 5lbs heavier than the upper end of my "ideal weight" according to the height-weight charts.
So, where do I draw the line? I think once I get beyond the 100lb mark it's then a case of trying to get fitter and maybe shape my body a bit.
I sometimes see people going to extreme lengths to lose 5lbs, but to be honest, after starting at 275lbs, quibbling over 20lbs seems pretty pointless.
So long as I stay eating healthily and increase my exercise then I'm extremely unlikely to have weight problems again - which is my real goal
TC - thank you :)
I like your attitude with regards to current weight. Also, your comments on my blog are extremely helpful.
