Yup... I think December is one of the hardest months to lose weight in. I'm happy if I maintain.
I was hoping I might hold out until the end of the month before the gaining begins, but it appears I was being a bit optimistic...
You seem to have a very matter-of-fact attitude about it, which is good. Better than feeling guilty at every step.
The last few weeks have been steadily downwards so I'm not going to panic yet. Several weeks of no movement, or gain and I'll start panicking again :)

Well done and great progress. In Australia, Christmas is so hot that all you want for Christmas dinner is seafood and salad... although some brave souls do the traditional roast and they eat it with the sweat dripping off them!
Kim, I'm down from 62kg (March 06) to 49.5kg!! The weight loss was beginning to stagnate until I watched Downsize Me! Great show, I now actually cook at home! Aparently takeaway food is the killer!!
