0.2lb loss
At least I've stopped increasing in size.
Last week I was full of good resolve, but there turned out to be a few more previously undiscovered Feastmas goodies hidden at the back of the cupboard.
In addition, Maggie produced some incredible white chocolate, cranberry and pumkin seed oat biscuits (cookies) in a sudden bout of comfort baking, which were too good to ignore.
All in all I'm just happy not to have gained.

Sounds like things are heading in the right direction.
Yes - it's time to get back on the wagon (not the chuck wagon!)! I haven't even weighed myself since before Christmas, but I take some comfort in the fact that my relatively new jeans still zip with ease and are in fact getting a bit baggy. I will need a belt shortly! Hopefully this all points to a better-than-hoped-for weigh in once I finally get up the nerve to do it!
I wonder if Maggie could go for a comfort walk rather than comfort baking? She sounds like such a good cook that everyone else feels required to be comforted right along with her!
Ah, good to hear mate. Nice job on the loss :) Those biscuits sound delicious!
Half man - well at least I'm not still heading in the wrong direction...
Sayre - Comfort baking is something embedded so deep that I don't think she will ever entirely escape from it. It wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't such a damn fine cook
FLG - they were, they were...
Those cookies sound amazing...good thing you live in Scotland. ;)
Freakazojd - they were damn fine... sigh
