0.4lb loss
Same again.
It is gratifying to know that when I stay on track the weight comes off. This means that if things go awry with pancake day tomorrow, my step-daughter's birthday on Wednesday and my daughter's birthday next week, it's not the end of the world.
And given that the rest of the time should be more or less OK, everything feels under control.
Which is an enjoyable, if rare, feeling.
And I'd also like to say Welcome Back Sir Squishy :)

It's great that you have things under control. You sound like you are in charge.
Pancake day? I would probably survive that alright because I don't actually care for pancakes - but birthdays are another story! Thankfully, I have a great excuse to not indulge - and in the future, I'll have to figure out how to bake some of that stuff sugar-free without ruining it.
Good luck with your events this week!
Pancake and LEMON day ( no really I can take or leave the pancakes, but I like lemon).
Congrats again Kim on another fine week, and thanks for the welcome back!
Sherri and I are having pancakes today as well, but all is not lost. We made the pancakes from whole wheat flour and added a ton of local picked blueberries....and let me tell ya they were awesome!
Half Man - for a brief moment, al least :)
Sayre - Maggie will be making up a large batch for the kids - I'm going to try and limit my intake to one or two...
FMC - I like lemon, but the kids prefer chocolate spread
Bryan - sounds superb :)
