Suits me fine. I've had a reasonable week.
This coming Saturday is likely to be a highly dodgy day, but if I can keep it together the rest of the week the damage shouldn't be too bad.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 12st 13lb - 181lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 94lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

Looking at the week as a whole and not just the one "doggy day" seems like a winning strategy. (Unfortunately in the upcoming week, I have only two that are not "doggy days." I've been more off track than on this past week so am not particularly optimistic about the strength of my self discipline.
