0.6lb gain
Well frankly I'm astonished. I was fully expecting a gain of 3 to 4 pounds this week, given the chocolate, scones, cakes, cheese and ice cream I've devoured over the past 7 days.
Despite the last post, the positive effects of the chocolate only lasted a day. I've been struggling like mad since finding out my recent diagnosis of Haemochromatosis isn't likely to be the cause of my Fatigue.
I will get on top of this sooner or later, I know I will. But right now there are times when I couldn't give a shit if I go back up to 275lbs. And that's a dangerous place to be.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 2.6lb - 184.6lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 90.4lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

I know how you feel. Like you said, you know you'll get back on top of it, so I don't think there's anything to say really. :) Just hang in there, I guess.

I have not been following you from the start of your blig, but perhaps your fatigue can be attributed to a certain type of nutrient? Either too much of it, or too little of it. Ever thought of visiting an ortho molecular specialist?
One of my colleauges is a specialist in this field and often comes up with the weirdest thing I should eat to improve my hair, my skin, my stamina, my sleep. ike more beetroot, more spinach, cashew nuts, and it always seems to work!

Sometimes it is so hard to care - especially when you feel stymied at every turn. However, the only way to get anywhere is to just keep plugging away at it. At this point, that is pretty much what I'm doing.

I know the feeling of not giving a shit all too well. I wrestle with it periodically becaues nothing great is ever achieved without struggle and sometimes that gets old. Hang in there...
