Maintenance is good. Better than good. :) I've been the same for a year.
Seems to be hard for lots of folks lately. I've been having trouble with motivation and workouts. Something in the air?
Hang in there. These moods pass.
Hey, a maintain is better than a gain :)
And a maintain with chocolate is even better!
oh to dream of the future when my worry is about only maintaining when under 200 pounds, keep plugging away your an inspiration
Antgirl - motivation is always considerably harder in the depths of winter.
FLG - too true, too true...
Twice the Man - it's not that I'm worried about my weight in it's own right, but it's the trend. I am 16lbs heavier than my lightest point about 18 months ago. Once you get down to a reasonable weight, the fear is about it going back on again
Well done, maintenance is key to balance. Well not falling over is key to balance but you know what I mean.
Falling over, but not hitting the ground is the key to flying :)
If it's good enough for Arthur Dent it's good enough for me.
I'm glad you got the reference :)
