So, do you have goal or are you just kinda watching your weight? Just curious.
Well done Kim.
Don - When you were previously keeping your blog regular, I managed to lose over 100lbs - in fact at my lowest point I was down to about 172lbs, about 2 years ago.
Since then, it's been creeping back up to almost 196 I was last week.
The increase in weight is a reflection of the internal struggle. Once that's under control, the weight will drop off again. If I get back down to 175 I'll be more than happy, but mostly it's about regaining the right mindset with my eating.
FMC - thank you :)
The "Creep" is a real challenge at times, actually most of the time. Best of luck with your internal struggles, dont give in, you are at a place many of us only dream of attaining...
Hey Kim,
I was really thinking about this. Should I give you the standard "You can do it"? Somehow I feel that is not enough and not "me".
Perhaps if you blog about the internal struggle? Put it on paper. Often we know there is a reason things don't go the way we want them to go, but stop right at that moment; refusing to identify it.
Facing "The Creep" means you have to know what or who "the creep" is. So who is it?
Oh and you could always just write about it but not post it. As long as you make it visual instead of abstract.
Warm hug,
Willow
I do know one of the main reasons for the creep. Unfortunately it's not something I can blog about.
However, I do feel relatively confident that the turning point is nigh. Just not this week.
I appreciate the well wishes nonetheless :)
