Losing weight is about more than what you eat. Your mental & emotional wellbeing are equally important - you have had a tough few weeks, allow yourself to slip up a little. You have other priorities at the moment.
Jacqui - losing weight is entirely about the emotional state - when I'm feeling OK, I can eat healthily.
When I eat healthily, the weight drops off as a beneficial side effect.
When I'm feeling awful, I self medicate with food; eating to fill the void within. And it's this which has always been the battleground.
The fight is not with the food, it's with my ability to avoid using food as emotional medication.
