1.6lb loss.
Surprisingly, a near faultless week.
Last Monday was our 14th wedding anniversary and the blow-out was big, but we've been on track ever since, even getting through the weekend without a blip for the first time in quite a while. I'm hoping this might be the turn of the tide

Nicely done Kim. I am on my usual pre marathon hooch free month- weekends are a pain in the hoop.
I find Saturday nights the worst - especially if I fall then, there isn't a hope in hell of pulling it back on Sunday. However, if I can survive on track until after Sunday lunchtime, I'll probably be OK for the next few days
Well done Kim, good to see you on the losing side again. I'll be joining you that side of the line once more. I'm going back to class tomorrow after having a break since June. The will power just vanished. My head is right again now though. It's taken a month, but I'm raring to go and get some more off :)
Fingers crossed we will both be losers again LOL

That "raring to go" feeling - I know it so well! But it usually evaporates when sitting down in the evening when the kids have gone to bed, The "raring for chocolate" kicks in... :)
