1.4lb loss
So my unexpected gain last week must have been a blip as I've dropped down below my weight from 2 weeks ago.
I'm happy with that :)
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 4.8lb - 186.8lbs
Body fat: 26.2%
Total Weight Loss: 88.2lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

Status: 139 kilo and 300 grams = 21 st. 13 lbs

I hadn't noticed the 90 mark approaching again - it will be a good one to pass :)
This is some diet, well done sir! I suppose losing a lot of weight reasonably quickly is preferrable, so you don't have to buy lots of clothes for all the sizes that you are between your beginning and starting weights.

Gadjo Dilo - in an ideal world, of course. Unfortunately rapid weightloss is dangerous as you lose muscle before fat (and the heart, for example, is muscle), it screws up your metabolism, you are far more likely to put it all back on as soon as you stop, and you're highly likely to end up with large folds of empty, baggy skin (have you seen the creature in Pan's Labyrinth?)
