Week 299

0.6lb loss.

Heading back in the right direction.

It's been a near perfect week, although at the moment I'm eating more oatcakes as a way of staving off cravings.

Thin rough oatmeal oatcakes, dry (no toppings) have a crunch and chew value to them without too much in the way of calorific excess. Slightly tastier than cardboard and they don't trigger food binges.


Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 11st 12.2lb - 166.2lbs
Body fat: 21%
Total Weight Loss: 108.8lbs
