Week 402

2lb gain

Considering we went away on holiday for a week, AND my birthday was during that week, so the treats were not rare, I'm quite impressed I only put on 2 pounds.

I think the main thing is that yes I had treats, but in between I was on track - I didn't use it as an excuse to go crazy all week long. Each treat was contained in that moment.

Week 400

No change

400 weeks!

That's a lot of weeks.

I might be 15lbs heavier than the lightest point I reached a few years ago, but I'm still 95lbs lighter than when I started, and I've not been more than 15lbs heavier than I am now since about a year after I started.

Considering somewhere in the region of 95-98% of people who diet put on all the weight they lost (and most put on even more) within a couple of years of losing it, I guess this is quite an achievement.

Pity I can't celebrate with a large chocolate cake...
