2.2lb loss!
Woohoo!
Hah! An entire week with no slip-ups. Healthy choice each time. Stopping eating when the plate is empty and not prowling for more.
And it works.
As it always does.
So long as I focus on eating healthily and cutting out the extras and the processed crap my body starts losing naturally.
Hopefully I can now keep this state of mind which has stayed with me for more than 5 consecutive days this time.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 1.8lb - 183.8lbs
Body fat: 25.9%
Total Weight Loss: 91.2lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

What a relief! I know you were getting concerned... Making the right food choices makes a LOT of difference! I've lost another pound as of this morning - and I know it's because I've been very conscious of my food this week (because I KNOW it's not the exercise). I plan to shock the doc with a 200 or less at my end of May appointment!

Isn't it amazing when you find that state of mind that allows you to stay focused on your plan? If only each of us could bottle some of it for our own use when we find ourselves without it, wouldn't that be great?
I could certainly use a dose of clear state of mind this week.
