Week 176

2.6lb loss!

Woohoo!

I've been on track all week and it's paid off, but this is even better than I could have hoped for!

It's not rocket science - make the healthy choices and the weight naturally adjusts itself.

The trick is in overcoming the obstacles to making the healthy choices.

Current Weight: 12st 12.4lb - 180.4lbs
Body fat: 25.6%

Week 175

1.4lbs gain.

I am not surprised. What with Father's Day last Sunday, Rogan's birthday on Monday, left over cake on Tuesday, and I think a scone or two may well have worked its way into the mix this week as well, I'm now back over the 13 stone mark.

My only hope is it's just over a month until Maggie's birthday and I don't think there are any other celebrations meantime

No Change.

At least it stablised. However, I don't think Father's Day stuff has metabolised yet and it's my son's birthday today, so the chances of a loss next week are virtually nil.

I'm not too surprised - there were a few extra treats last week, especially with the conclusion of the Spring Fling Open Studio event Maggie was a part of. But I don't feel any cause for concern.
