Is that good? Is that bad?
It all depends on which way my mood is swinging when I think about it.
One thing I do know is I'm bloody amazed we got through last night without a complete blow-out given various emotional stresses.
Starting Weight: 19st 9lb - 275lbs
Current Weight: 13st 1.4lb - 183.4lbs
Body fat: 26%
Total Weight Loss: 91.6lbs
Still here.. really I am - 4 years an 9 month later

You're right on it. Keeping your eyes on it is the key to long term success. You haven't rested on your laurels and allowed the dreaded "CREAP" to show its ugly face
If you got through a stressful situation without a blow-out, I say that's a good thing.
